Our Experience

  • Our design center feature a wide selection of products in stock for expedited delivery, while thousands more are available through special order. If a product isn't in our warehouse, we can typically arrange a special order with varying lead times, ranging from days to months, depending on the manufacturer.

  • At AbodeMaison, all appliances we sell are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. Depending on the brand, extended warranties may be an option—feel free to discuss this with your consultant. Additionally, manufacturers may offer parts warranties on non-appliance products.

  • Customers can return products up to 90 days after receipt of the product, only if the item is still in the manufacturer’s current catalog, and in its original packaging. All returns and cancellations are subject to inspection and acceptance of the product by the supplier. The customer is responsible for all costs related to the return, including but not limited to freight and pickup, repackaging and/or crating costs, and supplier restock/handling fees. Returns requested after 90 days of initial receipt will not be accepted, as well as merchandise installed, used, modified or damaged.

  • We will gladly arrange appliance installation with one of our independent appliance installers depending on the product you are purchasing. We recommend that you contact your plumbing contractor or your project manager to arrange installation of plumbing and bathroom fixtures.

  • Our fleet delivers orders across greater San Diego county. For appliances, our trusted independent installers can handle delivery and setup at your job site. Your sales associate will help decide the best delivery option, with potential charges.

  • We offer professional delivery for all our products. Depending on your needs, our in-house team or a trusted third-party installer will handle delivery and installation.

  • For your convenience, appointments are not mandatory when visiting our showrooms. Walk-ins are always welcome, catering to homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and plumbers alike. However, for large or intricate projects, we recommend scheduling appointments during the initial stages. This allows us to dedicate ample time to collaborate meaningfully with you.

  • The more ideas and examples you’re able to bring with you, the better our consultants can determine what products will suit your needs. If you’re working with a designer, architect, builder, general contractor, or plumbing contractor, you’ll want to share their names and contact information. Lastly, whether you’re working on a small or large project, make sure to arrive with a budget in mind.
